Adults Jiu Jitsu
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) is a highly effective form of self-defense that focuses on ground-level confrontations, employing holds, throws, and submission techniques. Ideal for individuals of all sizes, BJJ equips students to handle larger opponents without causing harm. We offer two types of classes: Adults Gi BJJ and Adults No Gi BJJ, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience.

Kids Jiu Jitsu
Age Range: 5+ | Experience Requirement: None

Kids Taekwondo
Age Range: 5+ | Experience Requirement: None
Introducing children to martial arts at a young age sets them up for success beyond the mat. Our Kids Taekwondo program focuses on kicking techniques and instills essential life skills such as confidence, problem-solving, and patience. Through engaging and educational classes, students develop physical, mental, and emotional skills while fostering discipline and respect. What age groups do you offer classes for?
We offer classes for all ages, including Kids Jiu Jitsu, Kids Taekwondo, and Adults Jiu Jitsu. Our programs are designed to cater to different skill levels and age groups.
Do I need any prior experience to join?
No prior experience is required! Our classes are suitable for beginners, and our instructors will guide you through the basics, ensuring a comfortable learning environment.
What should I wear to class?
For Jiu Jitsu classes, we recommend wearing a Gi for Adults Gi BJJ and Kids Gi BJJ classes. For No Gi classes, athletic wear such as rash guards and shorts are appropriate.
How long does it take to earn a belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu?
The time it takes to earn a belt varies based on individual progress, dedication, and attendance. Typically, it can take anywhere from 1 to 3 years to earn a belt, depending on your starting level and commitment.
Are there any competitions I can participate in?
Yes! We encourage our students to participate in local and regional competitions. Competing can be a great way to challenge yourself and showcase your skills.
